The team’s standard working hours are 9:00AM–5:00PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. You’re expected to be reachable during that window.
Outside of those hours, you might see messages come through — but you are never expected to reply unless it’s been previously arranged.
During working hours, please acknowledge any message within two hours. This doesn’t mean you need to fully reply — just show that you’ve seen it.

If something is unclear or feels easier to talk through — call Stephanie first. She’s your go-to, and even with a young child at home, she’ll pick up if she can or get back to you shortly.
If you can’t reach her and it’s time-sensitive, check the calendar to see if DeLon is available — then feel free to give him a call.
That said, 95% of the time, you’ll reach out to Stephanie. She’s your main point of contact and is here to support you every step of the way.
