The team’s standard working hours are 9:00AM–5:00PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. You’re expected to be reachable during that window.

Outside of those hours, you might see messages come through — but you are never expected to reply unless it’s been previously arranged.

⏱ Response Expectations

During working hours, please acknowledge any message within two hours. This doesn’t mean you need to fully reply — just show that you’ve seen it.

📞 Phone Calls Are Okay

If something is unclear or feels easier to talk through — call Stephanie first. She’s your go-to, and even with a young child at home, she’ll pick up if she can or get back to you shortly.

If you can’t reach her and it’s time-sensitive, check the calendar to see if DeLon is available — then feel free to give him a call.

That said, 95% of the time, you’ll reach out to Stephanie. She’s your main point of contact and is here to support you every step of the way.

This team is flexible because our priority is progress, not micromanagement.

You're trusted to manage your own time and workload. What matters most is keeping things moving and staying in sync with the team.

A few helpful norms:

• Communicate your general work hours or any mid-day breaks when possible
• If you’ll be unavailable for a portion of the day, send a quick message
• If you’re stuck, text Stephanie. Don’t sit in confusion or wait too long to speak up
• If you’re unsure whether something warrants a message or a call, that’s okay, just message.

Everyone is encouraged to take ownership of their tasks, ask questions when needed, and document as they go. If something feels unclear or you’re unsure who’s responsible, don’t hesitate to reach out directly to Stephanie.
